Management Team

Our team brings a depth of CPA, investment, bookkeeping, personal assistant, professional organizer, travel and event planning experience to your projects.

And unlike independent advisors, our services are integrated. Our team resides under one roof and everyone involved in your work is focused on the same goal: exceeding your expectations.

Timothy D. Burns, President and Founder

Tim founded ESG in 2005 with a vision of offering a full range of Family Office services to high net worth families. Tim honed his finance skills at Morgan Stanley where he served as an investment advisor. By 2006, the suite of services available from ESG was expanded to include lifestyle and concierge offerings based on individual needs.

A graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Tim serves as a board member of Kyle’s Treehouse, and is a Lifetime Member of the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholarship.

W. Scott Deveney, Chief Information Officer

Scott brings 15 years of information technology and interactive marketing experience to ESG. Focused on Microsoft technologies, Scott handles all CMS, CRM and DMS for ESG, delivering powerful reporting tools with intuitive user interfaces. Prior to joining ESG, Scott ran his own consulting agency, served as Interim CIO/SVP of Technology for Lagardere Active, and served as Director of Interactive Marketing for Tierney and Partners.

Scott is a graduate of Lehigh University.

Bridget Michener, Senior Relationship Manager

Bridget joined ESG in 2009 as a Senior Relationship Manager and has over 11 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant. She has worked in a wide range of industries inclusive of: Finance, Entertainment, Technology and Sports. Most recently Bridget served as the Executive Assistant to Jeffrey Lurie, Chairman and CEO of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Bridget obtained an athletic scholarship from Hofstra University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English.
